From his beginnings as a Lecturer in 1986 to his tenure as an Associate Professor, he was the guiding force behind thousands of students in Intermediate, Degree, ICom and BCom programs. His influence, however, extended far beyond his own lectures.
As the Head of multiple departments for 25 years, he built and nurtured the academic backbone of the college, overseeing Statistics, Economics, Commerce, and Computer Science. His legacy as an examiner and paper setter for FBISE, QAU, and Punjab University ensured his high standards influenced the broader educational landscape of the region.

As a House Master, Scout In-charge, and Assembly In-charge, he instilled values of discipline, leadership, and teamwork.
