A true icon of Islamabad College for Boys (ICB), he is not just remembered as a senior teacher—but as a guiding light who shaped generations with his wisdom, humility, and unwavering dedication to the cause of education, especially the promotion of the Urdu language.

Sir Ataullah Khan began his illustrious journey as a Senior Translator at the National Assembly Secretariat, where he served with distinction. However, his true calling was always in the field of education, particularly in nurturing young minds and fostering a love for Urdu literature and language. He answered that call in 1981 when he joined Islamabad College for Boys, marking the beginning of a two-decade-long chapter of selfless service, academic brilliance, and unmatched mentorship.
